In case any of u havent heard the news - our honourary pythian king Brian Blessed is taking part in Hells Kitchen which starts on ITV this Monday.
As we all know the man is a legend so this is not to be missed!

He is also going to be in a family show called crash, Bang, Wallop in the area i live in on sunday 26 april .
