Hi folks,

Assuming the band fancy it, and Emily's car can make the journey (unlike this year!), it would be great to see Pythia play the Bloodstock Festival in August next year.

It would be a great boost to this end, and maybe force at least some kind of offer from the promoters, if Pythians could go onto the Bloodstock website and give the band a mention.

I've started a thread on the Bloodstock website under the "wishlist" sub forum and would be grateful if a few could get on there and back me up. Obviously if a few of you already have accounts on there it will be handy as it'll seem strange if a whole load of 1st time posters come on. Maybe post a couple of things on other threads for the sake of it first?! :D

Thread is below. Your support would be greatly appreciated as some gits are bound to slag them off!

I'll probably go sign up and post around a bit before posting on there.

I'll sign up there and get involved in this thread and others soon, after the madness of this football-related weekend calms down!

We have to get PYTHIA at Bloodstock.

Respect is due, well you won the important one, and witnessed the passion of the other,
so a good weekend alround for you I hope.
I`m going to the cup match Swansea v Watford on Nov 11th with a couple of mates,
any advice (friendly of coarse) welcome :?

You never know what to expect with those Jacks! I had a great time with them before, but that was before a Wales game so club rivalry was pushed aside. It's a nice place to take in a game, very nice stadium. Hope you enjoy it!

Really don't mind Hanging Doll being there. They're a decent enough band and the fact they are from the Midlands and played Bloodstock in 2007 means they will not have to try so hard to get an invite. I think they are bound to be there.

It's going to be harder to sell Pythia to people who may not know much about them and that's why we need to keep their thread ticking over. A lot of other bands, even if they haven't released anything, have demos to send to promoters and the like and that has to give them an edge. I would hope though that Pythia get something released well before next summer when the Bloodstock bands are finalised.

I`ve spent hours on this site tonight. All the bands I`ve ever liked are up for nomination
so responded to a lot of them.
From Katra to Liquid Sky to Amberian Dawn+ lots more.
Theres a lot of Twats on there though.
