Nice pic Grace. It was always going to be a big ask to zoom in close enough to keep Leighton out of the picture!

Now then.....Where do I start.

Ah yes, as I walked in the door of the Purple Turtle.........I was greated & to my suprise given a free CD of Sarah..........That I thought was a great pressie. Not many bands do that in this day & age........A big thank you from me & for you all signing it.

Tainted Grace I thought was very good & enjoyed the music.

The Pythia set.

This is the best one yet without any doubt in my mind........The band was all over the stage & this was great to see, instead of the usual staying in one position for a gig.

This was a party & Pythia proved this in great style. I saw much interaction together with the band members & with the moving about from stide to side on stage..... This was a Pythia band that I had not seen before.............The music was as brilliant as ever & it was great to here the new songs, which was excellent.

Emily said f**k once & then said Shit I swore...........I was already in fits of laughter even before Andy looked at me & said with a grin..........I tried to stop her........Giggle.

Loved it......Nice touch.

Emily of cause was as always in great form........I did note a very black look from her to the man on the mixing desk once & I thought .......Any moment now......Giggle.

Ross was head banging so hard that he would have put a Woodpecker to shame

So as you have known me in the past to say a few critical things about the bands performance.......What can I say about this performace.....

Fucking Brilliant......(Whoops)

This one was as close to perfect for me.

Best wishes
Eddie

Excellent! Thanks for posting! 8)

Eddie, agree about the movement on stage, but the lack of movement previously has been caused by a lack of stage space to work with, especially when doing support slots. As you say, it was nice for them to have a bit more room to manoevre last night and it certainly added to the enjoyment of the gig.

Haven't made my mind up about the lad's outfits yet. Looked a bit too much like the sort of thing worn by staff in some of the restaurants i've been to!! :D

Yep, that was a great night! Another fantastic Pythia performance. It looks like it'll be my last for a while so i'm glad it all went well. Good luck for Bloodstock!

Awesome pics / vids!

I'm trying to upload a video at the moment...but me + my laptop aren't getting along right now!

I need an answer to a possible silly question: is the song called "Rise of Glory" or "Ride or Glory"? I think it's Ride of Glory, but I could be wrong.
