My personal belief is that all these stories have an 'as yet unexplainable' explanation.

For example, the mystery of the phantom keyboard player, I am sure that someone just left an i-pod playing next to a mike somewhere, or suchlike, as surely no such person or ghost exists.

As far as the lightbulb event goes, I would get them to check out their circuits, that sounds like a fire waiting to happen to me!
