Really enjoyed last night. Stage set and outfits looked great although a bit more light wouldn't have gone a miss. Band got a really good reception not just from Pythians but from the rest of the audience as well. Threshold and Serenity were brilliant too and i think that all round it was the best bill Pythia have played on. 8)

Now, let's squeeze in one more before Christmas, or at least lets have another piss up!

Got to agree there Tom - the costumes looked great - especially Emily's (and of course Tim's, but then that was truly remarkable, as improving on perfection is near impossible, I mean, just look at the guy!!!), and the banners looked good too. A great performance even if the lighting was crap and they were only sillouettes for the first couple of songs.

A Pythian Christmas piss-up sounds like a good plan (assuming Emily can find the time to join us when she's not off getting pissed with the baebes).

We've just got back home, and have to agree: new costumes and banners were fantastic, and Pythia really seemed to win the crowd over, judging by the reactions after each song. Gary and I enjoyed both Serenity and Threshold too, even though it's not really the sort of stuff we'd listen to at home, (though I would have sold my soul for somewhere to sit to watch them, I was in such pain by the end of the night - fibromyalgia, and going to gigs two consecutive nights and trailing around Croydon/London for hours on end REALLY don't mix)

To Ant & the other Pythians, it was great to see you again and I'm sorry we didn't get to say goodnight- Gary went shooting out of the venue as soon as Threshold finished their last song with me trailing in his wake going "..but we haven't said 'bye to the others" - but it was just as well he did as we had two trains to catch to get back to where we stopping in Bloomsbury and we just got the last one at each station. It was a great night and I hope it's not too long before we get to repeat the live Pythia experience!

It was a great night although the set was a bit short, and I noticed a little bit of time conflict but I don't think many people noticed. You played excellently and I love the outfits! Oh and the banners of course ;)
