I also love WT. I've seen them twice, and they were indeed very awesome. Sharon has an awesome voice live. My favourite album is Enter and my favourite song is Jillian! It's a masterpiece.

No No and THRICE I say NO ! You must get a copy of Mother Earth and Play Extremely loud.Just a fantastic song, it is accompanied with an equally good Video.
I Bet the Serpent Goddess herself likes this one. Like you Eddie, Im either on holiday or pre-planned something else, like another gig the same night. So I`ve not seen them either.
But I most definatly wiil, one day.

They don't have the inflatable beanstalks anymore! :( The beanstalks would blow up during Mother Earth in concert but now they're gone :( I miss those things :P

I've seen WT twice aswel, at London Astoria and Brixton Academy both last year. Sharon has the best voice ever... and she's a bit nice to look at too!

My favourite album is The Silent Force, favourite song is Deceiver of Fools off the Mother Earth album. The old stuff is very good too! Is anyone lucky enough to be seeing them open for Iron Maiden in London this year?

Fav songs.

Angels. Mother Earth. Memories. Julian. Aquarius. Howling. Stand my ground.

I love WT I think sharon has the best voice in female metal, although I like music that is a bit more full on than some of their stuff but mostly I think they're fantastic.

Yeah, Sharon has the best voice in female metal, no doubt about it. She sounds so different now to those Kate Bush-sounding days of Mother Earth.

Simone Simons is a close 2nd. I can listen to her all day.

Definitely. Sharon is an amazing singer, and it's very hard to believe she's never had a lesson! She's extremely talented.

Simone's voice is very good too, her voice is easier to get into, if you know what I mean. Sometimes Tarja's voice can be a bit full-on at times, and some don't like some high notes Sharon sings. I for one find them amazing!

Sharons style is a simple and effective way to approach singing.
Clear, you can make out every word, she does`nt warble her notes. She hits the note full on as it should be sung. This enables her to change key at the end of a note, as she does to perfection in the H :o WLING. Thats my theory anywhoo ! :?

I wanted to go but it was quite expensive, so I decided not to. WT and Maiden are quite familiar with eachother and Steve Harris' daughter Lauren supported them at some gigs last year. I saw her and I have to say she really did suck :P
